Charisse Rose Caparros

Hi! I’m Charisse Rose Caparros — an organized and collaborative Administrative Specialist with a strong background in leadership and team coordination within fast-paced environments. I love supporting teams behind the scenes while also bringing creative energy to everything from marketing and photography to production support.

I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting at the Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD), building on a foundation I started developing back at Rock Ridge High School.

My background blends administrative precision with creative storytelling. At Broadway Bound NOVA, I supported an Executive Director with day-to-day operations while also contributing graphic design, photography, and video production for the marketing team — proof that structure and creativity aren’t opposites, they work best together.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me behind a camera, on stage, volunteering, or at the gym. I’m also learning American Sign Language, which has taught me a lot about communication beyond words.
